the rooms was impeccably clean and i found the bed very comfortable. the smallest room is compact, but manageable for few nights. we used the spa facilities and had a massage, both i found it excellent.
breakfast was a real disappointment. the staff were not attentive. i saw this point in some reviews and they have not fixed it. there was no coffee or tea offered by the staff.

the interiors were very well designed. i found the facilities to be very modern and useful. the staff was friendly! the on-site restaurant provided excellent dining options, i liked it a lot.
the nespresso machine in the room was a bit underwhelming, especially since i expected proper coffee for a luxury hotel.

I found the champagne and snacks at the bar really good. I especially liked the olives and almonds. anna at reception was helpful. She showed us around, including some lovely rooms. the staff at the front desk were wonderful. They were helpful and kind.
I found the temperature in the room difficult to control. It was hot, and the windows don't open.
